We are a friendly and welcoming church in the heart of Holgate in York.

 We have members of all ages at St Paul’s, some who have been walking together with Jesus for decades, others who are just dipping their toes in the water. Our desire is to continue walking the path of faith together, seeking God’s guidance as we do and helping each other along the way.


As you will be aware, from the 19 July the majority of the legal restrictions in place to safeguard us from COVID 19 have been removed. Encounter is held on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month, alternating between St Barnabas and St Paul’s, starting at 7pm. This is an ‘in person’ Service of worship, prayer, silence and hearing from God.
